We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
How to Make a Return:

Send it back: Return the item in its original, undamaged condition within 14 days after notifying us.

Refund Process: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days.

Items must be in their original condition—unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged returns without tracking.

For returns from outside the EU, any customs or import duties we incur will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions for custom made items:
