The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer.
The contract is only concluded upon our express acceptance (e.g., shipping confirmation) or delivery of the goods.

Shipping within Germany

- Delivery time: 2-4 business days
Shipping costs to other countries:
- EU: €10.00 (Delivery time: 2-8 business days)
- Switzerland: €20.00 (Delivery time: 5-10 business days, Additionally, import duties and customs fees may apply, which must be borne by the customer.)
- UK: €20.00 (Delivery time: 5-10 business days, Additionally, import duties and customs fees may apply, which must be borne by the customer.)
- USA, Canada: €30.00 ( Delivery time: 7-14 business days, Additionally, import duties and customs fees may apply, which must be borne by the customer.)

The following payment methods are accepted:

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products customized according to customer specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., engravings).

The goods remain the property of Clara Mae until full payment has been received.

The statutory warranty rights apply (2 years liability for material defects).
